I made the mistake of ordering 3 books, with time estimate of 16.x to 2.y. At max time I got message stating books will be late. Then 12.y got message from local partner that books have arrived, but only one book had. Week later I got message "Thank you for return we have debited xy.z eur but returned rest for the 2 books you returned"
sad fact is I needed those books, so sent feedback if I they could resend them,after first waiting them for 2 months then receiving 1/3.
No we cant was answer, we never do it. So basically received 1 / 3 of books 2 weeks behind the max date, and extra debit for the books I didnt receive.
And do note I order easily 100+ tech books per year, but will never order again from adlibris, not just the delay, nor the multiple parcels causing lot of time wasted, but also the bad comms and bad customer service and extra debit for books not received.
