09.01.24 I purchased a pair of glasses for 947,50€. When the glasses arrived, I tried them on and said that they are not right and refused to take the glasses. I was booked for the glasses to be rechecked. At the recheck, I was told that the glasses were fine and I needed to just get used to them and offered me a 50% discount on new glasses if purchased in the next month. Well, they still hurt my eyes.
and I have been using only my older glasses. Yesterday at the eye doctor I brought this up with him. He stated that it could be nothing but an incorrect focus.
I am completely shocked at the utter irresponsibly of people claiming to be in the healthcare business, but in this case they were only looking for money. Offering me a discount to spend more money after I had already spent a great deal of money for a product that I can not use.
